Nice Photo Club is a newly formed Edmonton based photography club that runs accessible and community-minded photography programming including workshops, artist talks, portfolio reviews, project critique sessions, photo walks, and group exhibitions.

Started by Edmonton photographers Jordon Hon, Samuel Secret, and Mary Chau - we see photography as an expansive and unique art medium to work with to preserve memories, share stories, and to connect with our local communities. The camera says yes to everything in the frame even when we ourselves are in doubt. This affirming and curious process that we have committed to has given us so much. We wanted to create spaces to share with one another, provide resources, deepen our crafts, connect in real life, and inspire the way we go back out into the world with our cameras to make and tell meaningful and artful stories.
